Ad-hoc Outbound SMS

Introduction

The agents will now have the ability to send an outbound SMS text message through the NEONNOW Agent application once an API endpoint is configured in the NEONNOW Admin application.

To configure your contact centre’s Ad-hoc Outbound SMS, simply log in to the NEONNOW Admin application and navigate to Customise > Channel.

To enable or disable agent to send ad-hoc outbound SMS, the administrator can simply click the toggle button in the right corner.

Admins can configure the endpoint URL, custom request header value, and custom request header using the provided format.
