Call Recording

Introduction

With Call Recording Control, agents have the ability to manage call recordings during every call or conference. This function needs to be enabled in the NEONNOW admin app.

Call Recording

During a connected call, NEONNOW will automatically begin recording. However, agents can pause or stop the recording if sensitive data is being discussed or if the customer requests it.

Agents can pause the recording and resume the recording.

Agents can stop the recording.

After clicking “End Recording,” the recording will be stopped and cannot be started again.
