A Customer Profile saves information about your customers, including names, contact information and notes. Customer Profiles are automatically matched when a customer contacts you. It is optional and can be configured from NEON admin.
Creating A Profile
Click the top right icon to create a new customer profile.
Click Individual or Business to choose Customer Profile Type.
Searching A Profile
In the Search box, type the phone number, name, email address or account number.
Click the result to see more details of the customer profile.
You can see profile information, notes and the Recent Activity for that customer.
Updating A Profile
You can call the contact, download the Customer Profile as CSV, edit and delete the customer profile.
Click the edit icon to update a profile.
