Directory

Overview

Open the Directory by clicking on the Directory icon

You will be able to see personal and company contacts as well as the dial-pad (for making outbound calls)

Personal Contacts

Personal contacts are contacts that only you will be able to create and see. It is optional and can be configured from NEON Admin Settings.

  • To add a new user, click on the + icon and fill in required details

  • To edit an existing contact, click on the edit icon next to user and modify details as you require

  • To make an outbound call, click on the phone icon next to the edit icon.

  • To delete a contact, click on the edit icon followed by delete icon

Company Contacts

Company contacts are contacts that are apart of your organisation

  • To add a new user click on the + icon and fill in required details
  • To edit an existing contact click on the edit icon next to user and modify details as you require
  • To make an outbound call click on the phone icon next to the edit icon.

  • To see all known agents within company this can be displayed by typing “Agent” in the search bar

Dialpad

  • To make an outbound call click on the dial-pad and enter number you wish to call followed by pressing the phone icon to initiate the call.

Dialpad options whilst in a call

  • Whilst connected on a current call if you open the Directory and navigate to dialpad, and enter destination number upon clicking call icon, the following will be displayed:

Hang up & Call – This will terminate the connected call & call the dialed number

Directory options whilst in a call

  • Whilst connected on a current call if you open the Directory and click on the contact that has a number associated, a modal will pop up to confirm the action.

Hang up & Call – This will terminate the connected call & call the selected contact
