Emails

Agents can now send and receive emails in the NEONNOW app.

Log in to the agent app and click on the “+” in the right corner.

Please note that if Email is not visible on the list, it means that it needs to be enabled through the NEONNOW Admin application.

Click Email.

The email format supports the use of rich text format.

Email Template

To insert templates into the textarea, the agent can simply click on the template button.

Please note that if template is not visible on the list, it means that it needs to be enabled through the NEONNOW Admin application.

Email Attachments

Click the clip to add an attachment.
