Microphone and Cookies Access

Microphone Access

Agents must give Microphone access to NEON to accept incoming/ outgoing calls.

Click on the microphone icon on your browser to config the microphone setting.
Choose “Continue allowing this link to access your microphone”,  and click Done.

Reload the page to let the new setting take effect.


If agents don’t give access to the microphone, they will be notified to allow it.


Agents cannot make the outbound call without access to the microphone.


Agents cannot accept an incoming call without access to the microphone.
