Overview

Accessing The Settings Area

To access Settings features, click the Settings link in the side panel.

You can then see the following individual settings features:

  1. Users – Manage Neon instance users
  2. Metrics – Manage metrics groups for tailored dashboards and configure metrics update interval. This will only appearĀ if tailored dashboards are selected
  3. Call Outcomes – Manage call outcomes
  4. Campaigns – Manage campaigns
