Softphone Interaction History

Interaction History

  • Click the icon to open Interaction History

Overview

  1. First and last name of the contact. Customer will appear if the contact is not registered in your contact list.
  2. Phone number of the contact.
  3. The type of task the contact made, such as chat, inbound and outbound calls.
  4. The time when the call was made.
  5. Directly call the contact by clicking the phone number.

Searching Your Interaction History

  • Use the date filters to search through your interaction history.

  • Select the calendar icon under theĀ from and to date
  • Click OK

 

  • Interactions made during the date range selected should appear in the Interaction History.
