  4. Click on the ticket subject to view details

Commenting On and Resolving Tickets

  2. Additional information regarding the ticket can viewed here
  3. All the comments on the ticket can be viewed here
  4. You can add your comments to the support team here
  5. Click on Reply to submit your comment
  6. Issue can be closed from here, once resolved
